Day 1: Nanaimo to Whistler
- Make your way to Departure Bay Ferry Terminal
- 8:40 am: Ferry to Horseshoe Bay (walk-on ferry fee included)
- 10:05 am: Arrive at Horseshoe Bay; meet your DCSA guide
- 10:45 am: Depart Horseshoe Bay for Whistler
- 12:45 pm: Arrive in Whistler and store luggage
- 1:00 pm: Walking tour of Whistler Village
- 4:00 pm: Check-in at your hotel in Whistler Village
- Optional: Meet your guide in the hotel lobby if you need help with clothing rentals
- Free time for dinner (own expense) and shopping
- 10:00 pm: Curfew
Day 2: Whistler
- 6:00 am: Wake-up call; breakfast (own expense)
- 7:00 am: Meet your guides in the lobby and collect your lift ticket
- 9:00 am – 3:00 pm: Schools on Snow – Ski & Snowboard School Program
- 3:15 pm: Return to hotel with chaperones and guides
- Free time for dinner (own expense) and shopping
- 10:00 pm: Curfew
Day 3: Whistler to Nanaimo
- 6:00 am: Wake-up call; breakfast (own expense)
- Check out of your hotel room and store luggage
- 7:00 am: Meet your guides and depart for the mountain
- 9:00 am – 2:15 pm: Schools on Snow – Ski & Snowboard School Program
- 2:30 pm: Return to hotel with guides and chaperones
- 3:15 pm: Depart Whistler for Horseshoe Bay
- 5:15 pm: Drop off at Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal
- 7:05 pm: Ferry to Departure Bay, Nanaimo (walk-on ferry fee included)
- 8:15 pm: Arrive at Departure Bay Ferry Terminal
